Our bespoke, luxury travel company is looking for a LinkedIn expert to help us grow our brand presence through targeted outreach and connection-building, not content creation. We're seeking a strategic partner who understands how to run effective outreach plays using LinkedIn’s native tools (or other platforms if helpful) and can guide us on what to say — without writing the messages for us. We want someone who can coach and collaborate, not just automate. Think of this as part LinkedIn strategist, part relationship builder, and part coach. This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for someone working with multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute a targeted LinkedIn outreach strategy - Identify and build ideal connection lists - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to manage outreach - Suggest messaging types and tactics (we’ll write the messages) - Monitor performance and adjust tactics as needed - Be available for phone or video calls to coach and support What We're Looking For: - U.S.-based and native English speaker - Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach strategy - Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s native tools (Sales Navigator, Premium, etc.) - Comfortable with direct communication — phone calls, not just messaging - Strategic mindset — can balance systems with personalization - No need for content creation — we’re not looking for help writing posts, we've got that covered!
