The Role We’re looking for a talented and experienced Facebook and Instagram marketing expert to drive lead generation, increase brand visibility, and support our expansion goals. You will play a key role in promoting our online one-to-one tutoring services, targeting the UAE market, and attracting franchise partners to open new physical tutoring centres in the UK and UAE. You’ll also collaborate with our director to amplify their personal brand as a thought leader in the education industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Social Media Campaigns: Create and manage targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote online one-to-one tutoring, UAE market expansion, and franchise opportunities. Lead Generation: Design strategies to generate high-quality leads for tutoring services and franchise partnerships, optimising for conversions and ROI. Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce engaging ad content (videos, graphics, copy) that resonates with parents, students, and potential franchisees. Franchise Promotion: Craft campaigns to attract franchise partners, highlighting the success of our existing centres and the scalability of our model. Director’s Personal Branding: Work closely with our director to develop their social media presence, creating content that positions them as an industry expert and aligns with our goals. Market Expansion: Tailor campaigns for the UAE market, researching cultural nuances and education trends to ensure relevance and impact. Analytics and Optimisation: Track campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights, providing regular reports and optimising for better results. Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaigns align with our voice, values, and vision across platforms. Long-Term Strategy: Build a scalable social media roadmap to support international growth and establish us as a leader in the tutoring industry. What We’re Looking For Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with measurable results (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand growth). Results-Oriented: A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering ROI. Industry Understanding: Ability to grasp our goals, including online tutoring, franchise expansion, and international growth in markets like the UAE. Creative Flair: Strong skills in creating compelling ad content (copywriting, visuals, video editing) that engages diverse audiences. Cultural Awareness: Experience tailoring campaigns for international markets, ideally with knowledge of the UAE or Middle Eastern education sector.
