I'm a purpose-driven female social media agency owner that writes a weekly email, soon to be weekly podcast episode, and 5 social posts with hooks and captions included. From there my team turns it into Instagram content. Looking for an amazing wizard of an assistant to support me/us in amplifying that content to get it out there more broadly. Things like: - Posting finished content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts - Sharing to Stories + creating beautiful/aesthetic/on-brand Story sets to promote feed posts + engage our audience with polls, etc - Tweaking the posts slightly (to how I like them) then posting on LinkedIn too - Taking my weekly email and turning it into a blog post (not just copying/pasting but really making sure it's easy to read/scan and it looks good too) - Taking my weekly Story videos or other social content and turning it into blog posts that optimize our website for search (you love this kind of stuff and love sharing new ideas you have) Is this YOU? - Strong visual eye for aesthetics - love Canva + making things beautiful/on-brand - Strong attention to detail - typos hate you bc you always kill them - Love working with copy - chopping it up, editing, pulling the best quotes out - Strong communicator - you like using Slack - Independent/self starter - we'll work together closely in the beginning, I'll send you all kinds of Looms and voice memos to train you to my vision and you'll translate that direction and vision into action and work independently and efficiently to knock it out - Experience with Kajabi websites! Or super fast learner that has used similar This role can grow to even more tasks for the right person!
