I run a mission-critical WordPress site using FluentCRM. I recently switched from Kartra and discovered: I have ~67K "active" FluentCRM contacts, but only ~1K have been receiving emails Most contacts are not in automations, have missing tags, or have no activity data after move on 14 Jan 2025 I have a complete Kartra contact export CSV from right before migration, which includes all tags, automation sequences, dates, and states To me, it looks like the person I had do this did not add tags or start automations I need you to: Merge the FluentCRM CSV and the Kartra backup CSV Deduplicate by email address Restore tags and automation status (as tags or metadata in FluentCRM) Reconnect users to proper automations based on tag/sequence logic Preserve unsubscribe/bounce statuses Confirm deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is ready before triggering sequences Ideally: Deliver a FluentCRM-ready import, or apply changes directly in DB via MySQL/WP CLI safely
