We're Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations — a design-forward builder focused on legacy homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, creative professional to generate realistic and buildable 3D renderings using Chief Architect software. These renderings will be used for both marketing and client visualization. This is not a conceptual design exercise — accuracy matters. All renderings must reflect buildable conditions, using real materials from our preferred vendors: Ferguson / Build.com Virginia Tile MSI Wilke Window & Door You’ll work from construction documents and interior and exterior spec sheets to bring our homes to life visually. We care deeply about the emotional and architectural impact of our designs — your renderings should reflect that care. ✅ What We're Looking For: Expert in Chief Architect (Premier preferred) Strong rendering skills with a portfolio that demonstrates photorealism and construction feasibility Familiarity with sourcing and representing real materials/products from the vendors listed Ability to interpret detailed selection sheets and construction drawings Attention to detail — selections and assemblies must match what can be built.
