About the Role: I’m looking for a reliable and creative video editor to help build out my YouTube gaming channel focused on story-driven games. This is a long-term opportunity for someone hungry, communicative, and willing to grow with me from the ground up. I believe in the power of great content — now I just need the right person to help bring the gameplay to life. What You’ll Be Doing: Editing 1 to 2 streams per month (each stream is 4 hours). Cutting down each stream into a polished 2-hour video. Adding smooth transitions, subtitles, sound effects, color grading, intro/outro, and webcam placement (my face will appear in the corner). The goal is to turn raw gameplay into cinematic, story-driven game movies with my reactions woven in — not just a cut-up playthrough, but something engaging and episodic. What I’m Looking For: You’re passionate about gaming content, especially story-based games. You’re creative, detail-oriented, and efficient. You communicate consistently and meet deadlines. You’re either experienced or eager to learn and grow with me. Compensation: $35–$80 per edited video (1 to 2 videos/month to start). Rate is negotiable based on experience, performance, and quality. Optional revenue-sharing bonuses based on performance and how well we work together — I’m open to giving 10–15% ad revenue once monetized. If we work well and the channel grows, I’m open to renegotiating rates and expanding the role. Next Steps: 1.
