Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our team and help us complete a talent pool web application. The app is currently a web-based platform designed for managing and recruiting field technicians, with plans to evolve it into a mobile-friendly application. Key Responsibilities: • Complete the development of our current web app using the existing codebase. • Implement features to support real-time updates, document signing, and a technician-facing job board. • Ensure the web app is mobile-friendly and can be scaled into a dedicated mobile app in the future. • Integrate the app with existing tools like Google Workspace, AppSheet, and Supabase. • Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance the user experience for both project managers and technicians. Required Skills: • Proficient in front-end and back-end development, with experience in frameworks like React (or similar) and Node.js. • Experience with mobile-responsive design and development. • Familiarity with database management, particularly with Supabase. • Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs, especially for communication (e.g., Twilio for SMS notifications). • Strong understanding of security best practices for web and mobile applications. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in developing and deploying mobile apps. • Prior work with workforce management or recruiting platforms is a plus. • Familiarity with no/low-code platforms like AppSheet. Project Scope: The initial engagement will focus on completing the web app and ensuring it’s fully functional and mobile-friendly. Following this, we plan to transition the app into a dedicated mobile application, so experience in both web and mobile development is crucial.
