We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that can assist us with Marketing mailers / emailers to past, current and potential customers. Helping to search and contact prospective customers (such as Property mangers, Real estate, etc). You will be in contact with multiple team members, so must be able to handle and take direction from different personality types and get clarity on anything you are unclear and unsure of and follow up when you are not getting answers. We estimate this will be about 4-8 hours every week of consistent work. We do need someone who is available during the day so they can be in touch with our office and contact people that we need you to. We would like someone who has good familiarity with Canva, MailChimp and other marketing platforms and has a good sense of creativity, but also the business mindset to be able to research and speak with people to get contact information for our sales staff. You must have a phone to call in / out on, we are happy to compensate in addition to your rate. We already have an email and MailChimp for you to login and use strictly for this project.
