The primary scope of work would involve: Core Responsibilities: Research and compile a comprehensive database of business conferences, leadership summits, and professional associations seeking speakers and workshop facilitators in 2025-2026 Focus on events related to executive presence, public speaking, communication, women's leadership, and professional development Track submission deadlines, proposal requirements, and key contacts for each opportunity Create a prioritized spreadsheet with all relevant details (event dates, locations, audience size, honorarium information) Skills Needed: Strong research abilities and attention to detail Excellent organization and database management Professional communication skills for occasional outreach Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 This project will help me streamline my business development efforts and focus on delivering workshops rather than hunting for opportunities.
