We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to help us manage several market research projects. As project manager, you will be asked to: -Create and monitor detailed project timelines to meet all milestones/deliverables -Set appropriate deadlines and collect necessary inputs from various stakeholders -Schedule meetings and take detailed notes -Create and manage project budgets -Plan travel itineraries for in-person fieldwork and workshops (e.g. research and book hotels, flights, cars, venues, catering, etc.) -Order necessary supplies and equipment A qualified individual would: -Have 20+ hours a week of available time -Have the ability to multitask and juggle multiple things/hats/projects at once -Be precise and detailed - not one to let things fall through the cracks -Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to come up with a "plan B" -Have great verbal and written communication skills - professional and able to interact with clients -Comfortable with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive etc.), Slack, and Asana (not a requirement) We will provide the resources needed to do the job effectively and will provide the necessary training about our specific business upon arrival. However, any prior experience with market research or business consulting is a plus! We will also adjust pay range according to experience level. As a boutique consultancy, the individual who is hired will gain valuable experience in all parts of the market research and strategy process. This person will get the chance to work with both large companies (ex. Fortune 500) and startups as these companies work to grow their business and better target their consumers.
