Private Investigator Needed for Client Movement Verification

We are seeking a skilled private investigator to assist in verifying client movements related to an ongoing legal dispute. Earlier this year, a former employee left our company and, in violation of a non-solicitation agreement, allegedly took 7–10 of our clients with them. We are pursuing legal remedies and require definitive, third-party confirmation of this client movement. We are seeking an experienced investigator who can: • Call a provided list of former clients. • Professionally and tactfully explain that their name has appeared in connection with a legal dispute between our company and a former employee. • Ask whether the former employee is currently providing cleaning services for them. • Document the responses accurately and without coaching the client in any way. • Record the calls if legally permissible (or at minimum, take detailed notes immediately after the call). Important: • Calls must be handled with a neutral, professional tone. The goal is information gathering only, not to influence or intimidate the client in any way. • Discretion and confidentiality are essential. • Investigator must comply with all applicable laws, including any laws regarding call recording. • We will provide a sample call script, but we are open to your recommendations based on your experience.
