We’re conducting short, structured interviews with current restaurant owners, general managers, and operators in the United States to better understand how restaurants manage staff food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe). The goal is to gain firsthand insight into how compliance is handled on the ground — what’s working, what’s not, and where the biggest inefficiencies are. If this sounds like you and you have experience overseeing and managing the certifications of your team, we'd love to speak with you about it. Questions will focus on how your restaurant tracks food safety certifications, common issues, and how compliance is enforced. Interviews will be conducted during the weeks of April 14 and April 21. If you’re interested, please respond with your role and restaurant location.
