Build AI-Powered Vendor Quote Processing System (Office 365, Power Automate, AI Builder, SharePoint)

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 automation expert to help us build a modern, AI-driven system that automatically processes vendor quotes we receive by email. We already have Office 365 in place (including Outlook, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate). Now we need someone to design and build the solution to: Read incoming vendor quotes (usually PDFs attached to emails) Extract key information automatically (Vendor name, Item descriptions, Quantities, Unit Prices, Lead Times) Store that extracted information into a SharePoint List or Excel file Create a basic workflow that flags the lowest-cost vendor per item (Side Objective: set up a basic Power BI dashboard to visualize the data) You would be responsible for: Setting up a clean SharePoint structure to store quotes Building and training an AI Builder Form Processing model (inside Power Apps) Creating Power Automate Flows to connect email, SharePoint, and AI Builder Testing the flow to ensure data is parsed accurately and consistently Documenting the system so we can maintain it after setup Required Skills: Strong experience with Office 365 ecosystem (especially Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online) Practical experience using AI Builder for form processing models Ability to set up Outlook automation (rules, triggers) in combination with Power Automate Clear, practical communication — this is a functional business system, not an academic project Basic understanding of procurement workflows is a plus but not required
