We are looking for a System & Workflow Expert who can take a step back, understand how our business operates, and then build out smart workflows and automations to streamline and scale operations. This is not just a plug-and-play automation job — we need someone who can think strategically, see the big picture, and guide us on what needs to happen next. We already use tools like JustCall, FieldRoutes, and are considering implementing a CRM. Some automations are in place, but we need someone to tie everything together, suggest new ideas, and make it easy for the team to use.
