We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to analyze a BIM model and provide expert recommendations for mechanical system upgrades at the property. Responsibilities: Review and assess the BIM model to identify opportunities for mechanical system improvements. Propose upgrades and optimizations for: Water heating systems HVAC systems (including recommendations for VTAC, PTAC, or VRF systems) Kitchen and bathroom exhaust venting Plumbing and hardware enhancements Conduct an energy assessment to determine if the property can support the proposed upgrades. Provide detailed suggestions on system efficiency and performance improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in MEP engineering with expertise in BIM analysis. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and exhaust systems. Ability to assess energy capacity for system upgrades. Familiarity with VTAC, PTAC, and VRF systems.
