Skybridge Tech Solutions, the start-up proptech company behind My Condo Compliance, is seeking an experienced low-code / no-code application developer (independent contractor) to help us launch a new customer-facing feature. This short-term engagement—50-75 hours at $30–45/hour —offers the potential to evolve into part- or full-time product work. You’ll choose and configure a modern low-code platform (Bubble, Glide, Softr, AppSheet or similar), translate our wireframes into a polished, responsive web/mobile experience that aligns with existing brand guidelines, and integrate essential workflows: gated data-capture, algorithmic scoring logic, real-time dashboarding, automated email delivery, and a feedback loop for continuous improvement. We expect you to manage basic QA, usability testing and provide concise technical documentation for hand-off. The ideal candidate has 3+ years building production-ready apps in at least one leading low-code environment (Bubble strongly preferred), a portfolio that proves you can handle calculated outputs and API/email integrations, and a solid grasp of relational data, webhooks, plus REST or GraphQL. You’re a fluent English speaker based in the U.S. or South America with reliable time-zone overlap and you work independently—no agencies. Interested?
