Looking for senior and mid-level attorneys interested in part-time Of Counsel roles with a fast-growing law firm scaling nationally. Independent and ambitious candidates especially wanted. Ideally at least 5-10+ years of experience, including experience handling clients and working directly for senior/managing partners. Currently looking for these practice areas: -- Startup focus with fundraising experience -- Transactional -- Business Litigation -- Patent Work can be done remotely with flexible part-time hours as long as there is some availability each day, including for regular phone calls or video calls to go over projects and present results. Work will be project-based rather than a set number of hours per week; average hrs/wk will potentially increase over time (from 5-10 to 20+), but it will be based on client needs and attorney performance.
