Hey there! I'm on the lookout for someone who knows their way around ChatGPT and other AI tools to help me make my daily life a bit easier. I need your guidance on picking the right apps that can boost my productivity and keep my work organized. If you've got experience with app recommendations and integrating AI into everyday tasks, I’d love to chat with you! A little about me and some issues I’m trying to solve: I have the following: - a w2 40-50/hr a week job in sales (would love to automate some of that) - a small contracting business - rental houses - flip houses - licensed realtor (for my own investments) I have two different professional websites I manage for my two companies based on Wordpress and go daddy. I’d like to explore how to automate follow up with clients on that end (preferably by text) I have two different apps on my phone for different phone numbers - Google voice. Sideline. One for each business. This is a nightmare (especially sideline) I have 5 different email addresses. 3 on outlook. 2 on gmail. (Would love to find a way to combine calendars without my W2 job knowing) I use QuickBooks. I’ve seen some apps about digital virtual assistants.
