Va Manager
I need a Manager of Virtual Assistants to build and oversee the operations of a virtual team in Mexico. This person will be in charge of recruiting and organizing a team that includes members dedicated to phone calls, administrative work, marketing, content and media creation, managing appointments, process automation, landing page creation, seminar and presentation management. The Manager will also need to ensure training and ongoing development of the team, as well as setting KPIs for monitoring performance. Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in handling multiple tasks is required.
