We're an advertising agency looking to build a custom AI assistant that functions like a remote Account Executive (AE). The goal is to reduce admin workload and improve client communications by integrating AI into our workflow. We need the assistant to do the following: Read and summarize client emails (Gmail) Auto-update Workamajig project tasks Draft friendly, professional email replies Push weekly project updates Alert our internal team in Slack when action is needed Schedule meetings based on client prompts Our tools include: Gmail, Workamajig, Slack, and Google Calendar We want to use Zapier or Make.com for the automations, and OpenAI (ChatGPT) for natural language generation.
