This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving organic growth, elevating local service ads, and optimizing our overall local digital presence. Job Summary As a Local Service Ads (LSA) Specialist, you will develop and execute a robust Local Service Ads (LSA) campaign designed to increase paid and LSA traffic, improve local service ads rankings on Google Search / Google Maps, and maximize online visibility. You will collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and development teams to implement best practices and ensure our digital assets remain ahead of industry trends. Your expertise in Local Service Ads (LSA) will be instrumental in reaching target audiences and supporting our business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute tailored Local Service Ads (LSA) strategies that align with local target audiences. - Setup, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads, Google Maps, and (LSA) to drive high-quality leads. - Perform keyword research to target homeowners looking for HVAC services. - Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and local search intent on. - Optimize and manage Google Search Ads & Google Maps ads to increase local ranking, visibility, and engagement. - Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth. - Manage and maintain accurate local citations and directory listings. - Identify & resolve NAP (Name, Address, & Phone number) inconsistencies to support stronger local presence. - Monitor local listings for accuracy, performance, and optimization opportunities. - Track KPIs like local rankings, GBP engagement, Local SEO performance, and traffic metrics. - Setup and manage conversion tracking for Local SEO, GBP, LSA (Search & Maps), and other local campaigns. - Set up and maintain analytics tools like GHL Go High Level. - Create custom reports and dashboards with real-time insights for clients and internal teams. - Analyze local analytics performance, providing actionable insights. - Collaborate closely with content, design, and technical SEO teams to drive lead results. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities. - Geo-targeting for local service areas supporting Local Search Ad strategies. - Monitor / Report on LSA / Lead performance using tools such as Google Search and Google Maps - Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms and industry best practices. - Manage & optimize online, & LSA, including UTMs, tags, and schema markup implementation. - Optimize campaigns for high conversion rates and low cost per lead (CPL). - Optimize campaigns for high conversion rates and increase ROAS, Leads, and Sales. - Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for scaling. - Expertise in bid strategy, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization. - Ability to run A/B tests on ad creatives. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of proven working experience as an LSA, with a track record of driving measurable results. - Strong knowledge of on-page, and technical LSA best practices. - Strong knowledge of Google Search and Google Maps management. - Experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) management, B2C SEO or Local SEO, particularly - Geo-targeting for local service ads supporting targeted areas. - Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into strategy. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience with LSA, and landing page performance optimization, geo tracking, and geo targeting. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. - Detail-oriented and organized—you catch small errors and make sure nothing slips. - Fluent in Speaking, Reading, Excellent written communication in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of PPC and content marketing strategies. - SEO expertise across Google, Bing, social media, and landing pages. - Basic understanding of JavaScript and advanced HTML for technical Local SEO tasks. - Understanding of PPC principles. - Experience in the HVAC Service Industry is a Plus.
