We’re looking for a skilled freelance designer to support our growing industrial safety equipment business. Our customers include government agencies, infrastructure contractors, and private businesses operating in hazardous environments. You will help us present our products and services professionally and consistently across marketing, web, and technical documentation channels. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Materials: • Design product brochures, sales one-pagers, and capability statements • Create graphics for presentations and trade shows • Align visuals with our brand identity (we’ll provide examples and guidance) • Web Design Support: • Help refine and expand our existing website (basic WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platform) • Create simple landing pages for specific campaigns or products • Optimize pages for clean layout, fast load times, and mobile-friendliness • Technical Document Templates: • Create branded templates for user manuals, install guides, and spec sheets • Ensure readability, clarity, and professional formatting • Build in space for diagrams, callouts, and compliance information Ideal Skills and Experience: • Strong graphic design portfolio, especially in technical/industrial or government markets • Experience designing for both print and digital formats • Basic web design skills (HTML/CSS a plus, but not required if using visual builders) • Familiarity with formatting long-form documents (PDFs, Word, or InDesign templates) • Ability to work from rough outlines, existing content, and engineering input • Bonus: Experience working with companies in construction, safety, or industrial sectors Deliverables & Timeline: This will start as a short-term contract to deliver initial assets, with the potential to grow into an ongoing relationship as we expand. We expect the first round of materials to be completed within 2–3 weeks of contract start.
