Contract-Based | Remote or Nashville Preferred I'm seeking a strategic growth partner to scale both my personal brand and Omnexion, my parent company — which powers a growing ecosystem of AI-first products, education, and services. This includes a high-ticket SaaS tool, a published book, a soon-to-launch community, a productized service agency, and multiple AI tools in development. This is a revenue-share role for someone who wants to plug into a well-structured digital infrastructure already built and ready to launch. You’ll work directly with me to grow audience, authority, revenue, and long-term brand equity. What You’ll Be Growing 1. My Personal Brand A powerful founder narrative — from foster care and construction to AI entrepreneur and systems builder 11K+ LinkedIn followers, podcast appearances, and a published business book Positioned at the forefront of AI-powered growth, automation, and agentic ecosystems Backed by the Foster the Future Foundation, which supports aged-out foster youth through long-term impact initiatives 2. Omnexion (Parent Company) Omnexion houses all current and future digital business assets — each one designed to scale, automate, and empower digital creators and entrepreneurs. Currently built and ready to launch: OPTIMYZE – AI SaaS platform for automated, trend-based content creation (avg. $149/month across three tiers) The Final Business Model – A founder-authored book with ready-to-deploy product funnels, built as a credibility amplifier and strategic front-end Agentix (goagentix.com) – AI automation agency delivering custom agentic systems, backend automation, and digital infrastructure for lean operators Affiliate and partner systems – Tracking, payout, and onboarding flows already configured and ready to activate What’s Coming Next Paid Skool Community ($50–$75/month) – A curated membership for builders focused on automation, AI, and recurring revenue through agentic ecosystems High-ticket backend offers – Productized plug-and-play AI business systems ($20K–$100K), offered as services or standalone business-in-a-box solutions New AI tools – Multiple modular software utilities being developed under the Omnexion brand Influencer and creator partnerships – Distribution through micro-influencers, affiliates, and creator-based bundles What You’ll Own Growth strategy across the founder brand and Omnexion product lines Affiliate and influencer recruiting, onboarding, and revenue alignment Podcast, newsletter, and earned media placement Campaign planning and rollout for SaaS, community, and high-ticket offers Data tracking, optimization, and reporting — directly to me, the founder Collaboration with the VP of Media to ensure strategic campaigns are supported by aligned content, distribution, and platform presence Compensation 15% revenue share across all net revenue you drive (SaaS, agency, book funnels, community MRR, and high-ticket offers) Tiered performance-based increases up to 20%+ No earnings cap — your output directly determines your upside You Might Be a Fit If You: Have grown SaaS, agencies, communities, or creator-led ecosystems Think in systems, partnerships, and multipliers — not just channels Operate like an owner, not a contractor Thrive in high-trust environments with low friction and high impact Want long-term equity through results, not handouts Work Style Reports directly to the founder (no middle layers) Full autonomy, no team management required Remote is great — Nashville is a bonus for periodic collabs and strategy sessions If you’re ready to plug into a system with momentum — and partner with a founder who’s built the backend and needs a front-end operator to scale it — this is the role.
