QuickBooks Clean Up
Hello, Our company is seeking assistance to organize the financial records for the latter half of 2023, the entirety of 2024, and YTD 2025. We currently manage finances for seven clients, so the Accounts Receivable (AR) process is straightforward. We plan to reconcile and balance both years on a cash basis rather than accrual. Here are some details about our financial activity: On average, we process 20 payables per month. We handle approximately 80+ smaller transactions monthly, typically categorized under dues, subscriptions, or third-party technology services for client implementations. Currently, I reconcile categories in Excel by downloading transactions directly from our bank. Our accountants primarily use QuickBooks Desktop, so expertise with QuickBooks Desktop would be helpful, however, QB Online as well. In addition to cleanup, I will require assistance in generating Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for both years and other financial reports available through QuickBooks. If you are experienced with QuickBooks Desktop and online and can help with these tasks, please let me know. We do not require any tax return preparations or filings. Thank you! Brian Lisi
