Full-Service Lead Generation Business Buildout
Job Description: I am the founder of Tulsa Digital Leads, LLC. I’m looking for a highly capable freelancer or small team to build out a fully-automated, city-dominating local lead generation business. This is not an hourly role. I want a full-scope, flat-rate project with clear deliverables, broken into milestones. My budget is $3,000. The goal is to generate and sell leads across multiple service niches in the Tulsa, OK market via phone, email, text, and CRM automation. --- Core Deliverables: One Squarespace-based partner-facing brand site Homepage Services/Niches page Pricing section Contact / Book a Call form Clean UI and local credibility Setup and configuration of GoHighLevel CRM Full onboarding setup and branding Backend automation flows (text, email, call) Landing pages and funnels for 4 niches: Real Estate (motivated sellers) Home Renovation Landscaping Interior Design Each page needs: High-converting layout Lead capture forms Integration into GHL workflows Full lead delivery automation: Text/SMS follow-ups to leads Email confirmation and reminders Optional voicemail drop or live call connect Notifications to team/client when a lead comes in Payment system setup: Stripe or PayPal integration Setup product pricing (flat monthly + pay-per-lead) Optional checkout pages or invoicing templates Client onboarding: Lead buyer intake form Policy templates (cancelation, rollover, etc.) Optional contract template Basic SEO setup for brand site Connection to Google Analytics and GHL reporting dashboard --- Initial Facebook or Google Ads setup for testing A virtual business phone system (Twilio or Google Voice) --- Ideal Timeline: Total turnaround: 3–4 weeks max Milestone-based payment structure --- What I Provide: Branding assets (LLC, domain, iPostal1 address, email, google workspace) Target niches and market city Direction and approvals at each milestone --- What You Provide: Strategy and execution High-converting copy and automation Full setup, testing, and hand-off --- I want to build an empire in Tulsa, Ok and surrounding areas through lead generation.
