Job Description: I am the founder of Tulsa Digital Leads, LLC. I’m looking for a highly capable freelancer or small team to build out a fully-automated, city-dominating local lead generation business. This is not an hourly role. I want a full-scope, flat-rate project with clear deliverables, broken into milestones. My budget is $3,000.
