We’re a fully remote, fast-moving company looking for an assertive, proactive and detail-obsessed Business Operations Support Specialist to run our day-to-day ops with precision. You’ll be the backbone of our team, keeping consultants accountable, making sure clients are billed on time, and making admin tasks disappear like magic. # What You’ll Be Doing: - Chasing down and validating timelogs from consultants (nicely... but firmly) - Creating and sending accurate invoices via QuickBooks Online - Emailing clients about billing, follow-ups, and admin needs - Managing onboarding/offboarding for team members - Handling light HR/payroll coordination and tracking - Owning Google Sheets like a pro—formulas, filters, conditional formatting, you name it - Keeping us all sane with organized, proactive admin support # Skills and experience: _ 3+ years of business experience (operations, office management, administration) - QuickBooks Online experience—non-negotiable - Google Sheets ninja—not just “comfortable” - Ridiculous attention to detail - You are assertive and confident—you own your lane and don’t let things slide - Strong written and spoken communication skills - Reliable internet connection - Ok with online video meetings (quiet space required to have meetings in), we are 100% remote, this is how we communicate. - Experience working remotely and self-managing tasks Interested, send a note addressed to me, Katrina about why and attach your experience (resume, website, etc in a Google sheet.)
