HR relationships：The main responsibilities include handling matters such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, social security, and employee relations, as our first window person for the client's employees. 2. Overseas Headhunting: Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to identify and hire suitable candidates for various roles within the organization. 3. HR Consulting Services: Acting as an HR consultant to provide expert advice on local labor laws, policies, and HR best practices to support our clients in China. This includes assisting with local compliance, employee rights, and any other HR-related concerns. 4. Supplier Sourcing: Identifying and liaising with vendors and suppliers for services such as insurance, car rental, visas, and other employee benefits or logistics needs.
