Description: We’re a fast-growing event staffing agency hiring a part-time automation specialist to streamline backend systems. You’ll work with the founder to build automations that support: - Sales pipeline: Website inquiry → response → quote → agreement → deposit - CRM integration: HubSpot, JotForm, ZoomShift, DocuSign, QuickBooks - Outbound lead generation and flows - Scheduling and operational automations for our staff Tools: HubSpot, Zapier, JotForm, QuickBooks, Gmail, ZoomShift Rate: $35–$50/hr.
