Handi Services is a growing residential construction company specializing in remodels, casitas, and new home builds. We are seeking a QuickBooks and financial systems expert to support our transition into streamlined, scalable financial operations. This is a part-time or contract role with the potential to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Set up, clean up, and maintain QuickBooks Online for construction-specific needs Integrate and sync Buildertrend with QuickBooks to ensure job costing accuracy Reconcile accounts, track vendor payments, and manage invoicing workflows Set up and manage custom reporting for job performance, profit/loss, and forecasting Assist with administrative financial tasks such as purchase orders and budget tracking Help identify and implement additional apps and automations to streamline financial processes Provide training and/or support for our internal team on financial workflows Support compliance with city and state requirements from a financial tracking standpoint Ideal Candidate Will Have: Advanced QuickBooks Online certification Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or construction software Strong background in construction finance and job costing Ability to translate complex financial data into clear reports and business decisions Located in Arizona preferred, but remote availability acceptable for the right candidate
