Customer Service & Shopify Support Specialist
About Us, EngravenCard.com specializes in custom metal credit, debit, and business cards. We’re a fast-growing brand known for premium designs and top-tier customer support. Role Overview We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers via email, chat, and social media. You’ll handle order requests, refunds, and provide design support and tracking customer interactions. Photoshop experience is preferred for creating and refining mockups. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Order Management - Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media. - Track shipments, resolve lost/damaged orders, and update customers. - Modify orders and process invoices in Shopify. Design & Customization Assistance - Create and refine mockups for custom orders using Photoshop (preferred). - Ensure customer designs meet printing standards. Shopify & Backend Management - Look up orders, process refunds, and update customer records. - Create draft orders and manage invoices for custom service fees. Customer Retention & Satisfaction - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews. - Offer solutions for dissatisfied customers and escalate issues when needed.
