I am looking for someone with experience working in Accounting that would like to assist me in completing monthly Administrative and AP tasks for our clients. The ideal candidate would be someone willing to grow with the company as we take on new clients. Set number of hours with each client so you know what is expected of you in this role. Duties would include: - Member & Vendor account updates, cancellations and new enrollments when email inquiries come in. - Responsible for bills/AP items - Includes pulling receipts from external apps and saving in local folder, matching up existing transactions in QB’s or creating new bills/expenses when needed. - Collections of outstanding invoices - Weekly update and report pull NOTE: I always take into consideration current capacity before adding more items to our contractors plate. This role could expand, depending on skill level and contractor capacity. I expect this contract work to take around 5-8 hours a week. We would assign 1 client to you for now. We want to make sure both parties work well together before looking to expand. Direct contact would be myself for assignments and task delegation. Would prefer to find someone who is open to becoming a long-term contract worker with our company.
