Summary: In this project, a space of approximately 350m2 will be designed, in order to comply with with all the guidelines required for the adaptation and operation of a home. As part of the required guidelines, it is proposed to remodel the house without expropriating it from its essence. The mixture of natural materials such as concrete, wood and vegetation are requirements essential to enhance your identity. Accents will be used in white, black and tones drawn from a color palette inspired by the surrounding vegetation. The project will include the design of the following areas: 1. Facade + Parking + Accesses 2. Master bedroom + Walking Closet 3. Secondary Bedroom 4. Living room 5.
