Looking for a LinkedIn ads expert

I'm the owner of an offshore outsourcing company, based in Texas. We help growing businesses hire virtual administrative assistants. We've A/B tested Google ads, Meta ads, and LinkedIn display ads, with LinkedIn being the only one that's consistently brought us relevant leads. Our current LinkedIn ad campaign is performing well with a budget of $1,000/month, but we feel like an expert might be able to help us take things to the next level. Here are our current numbers: Since 4/22/25, we've had 4,987 impressions, 33 clicks, 0.66% CTR, $77.05 CPM, $11.64 CPC, 6 leads, and $64.04 cost per lead. Happy to share our ad + copy as well.
