I'm a real estate broker and I'm looking to build a clean, responsive web app for my team and our clients. The platform will serve as a portal where agents can manage clients and assign listings, and where clients can log in to view personalized options. There are two listing sources this platform needs to support: 1. MLS Listings (IDX Integration) Connect to our local MLS using an IDX feed Agents should be able to browse and assign MLS listings to their clients Clients should see only the listings assigned to them and be able to favorite or request more info 2. Apartment Communities (Manually Updated - unless you have any other ideas) These are rentals that aren’t on the MLS — apartment communities like on apartments.com Agents will assign these units to clients the same way as MLS listings Clients should be able to favorite and interact with them in the portal Core Features Needed: Agent dashboard to manage clients and assign listings Client portal with login (view assigned listings only) Ability to favorite, sort, and request showings Fully responsive UI for mobile + desktop Role-based access (agent vs. client) Clean, modern design (nothing too clunky) Bonus Integration: We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM Ideally, new clients added in the portal will sync to FUB Also would like activity (e.g. “favorited listing”) logged to their FUB profile Please include examples of similar portals or tools you’ve built, an estimated timeline, and a rough budget to get started.
