I'm looking for a seasoned architect to help with the complete buildout drawings to meet local city specification of a 1,750 sq ft pulmonary medical office. The project will cover the reception area, 1 rest room, offices, examination rooms, etc. Key Requirements: - Design with the complete buildout drawings to meet local city and state specification of a 1,750 sq ft pulmonary medical office - Buildout of key areas: reception area, 1 rest room, offices, examination rooms, etc - Prior experience with retail space or medical office buildouts is preferred - We need full set of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing prints. - Ensure all areas adhere to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. Please answer a few qualifying questions: 1. Do you have the requisite knowledge and licensing to submit stamped certified drawings for city approval a. You can do architectural and MEP drawings to local city specifications specifically for Rockford, Illinois USA b. Please confirm that you do NOT require a local architect to assist you 2.
