We are currently preparing a proposal to perform work for a prospect that builds Heat Exchangers at their facility in Mexico. The prospect has seen growth and is looking for a supplier who can fabricate a specific component for them and possible perform assembly work. To win this work, our company will partner with a local fabrication facility that has a worldwide footprint. This partner has provided us with a video of their facility here in Houston, that spotlights their capabilities. They have given us permission to replace some of the graphics as well as perform a new voice over that will reference our company. We have taken this video and created a written transcript of the existing video as well as created a replacement transcript we would like dubbed onto the video. We as well have new images we would like to insert into the video. We are looking for a supplier who can take this existing video and update it to spotlight our company. We are needing the talent we hire to help us make the video work and we will take recommendation on area's where it needs to be different or better. This project is for a proposal and we need it in a extremely quick timeline. Prefer one week or less if possible.
