Our custom funnels, deep CRM/API integrations, and nonstop optimization let clients close jobs while they’re out on jobs. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Own client communication by email, text, phone, and Loom/Zoom video, keeping customers in the loop and confident you’ve “got it covered.” • Open and track help-desk tickets; read notes daily and push every issue across the finish line. • Put out fires politely—coordinate fixes with dev/ops and deliver crystal-clear updates. • Translate geek-speak into plain-English summaries and next steps. • Spot recurring issues and propose improvements to level-up our platform. MUST-HAVE SKILLS • Exceptional email writing—clients judge us by every line you write. • Confident phone and video presence—often delivering news live, good or bad. • Rock-solid ticket-tracking—multiple open tickets, nothing slips. • Start-to-finish ownership—“I’ll take care of it” means you drive closure. • Positive, solutions-first mindset—fires happen; your optimism calms the room. BONUS POINTS • Experience with Go High Level, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar CRMs. • Familiarity with Zapier or API troubleshooting. • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or home-service industries. • Basic PM chops (Kanban, Gantt, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
