About the Role We’re seeking a Customer Success & CRM Operations Coordinator to help manage and improve how we onboard clients, support customer needs, and keep our CRM (HubSpot) organized and effective. This is a hybrid role that combines client success, CRM setup/maintenance, email marketing support, and sales administration. You'll be the go-to person behind the scenes making sure nothing slips through the cracks—and often the first voice our clients hear. What You'll Do HubSpot CRM Management Set up workflows, properties, and deal stages Maintain clean data and support reporting Build and manage email lists, sequences, and campaigns Client Onboarding & Support Guide new clients through the application and onboarding process Follow up with customers needing assistance or additional information Be responsive to client questions and ensure they have a smooth experience Sales & Marketing Support Assist the sales team with quoting, scheduling, and pipeline updates Manage outbound email campaigns and blast schedules Track customer engagement and flag follow-ups Admin Ops Help document and refine internal processes Coordinate tasks across teams to make sure everything runs smoothly Who You Are Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone and via email Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly Previous experience in client success, sales ops, or marketing support a big plus Nice to Have Payments or POS industry experience HubSpot certifications Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. Prior startup or small team experience Perks & Benefits Flexible work schedule Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company Work directly with leadership and have a voice in improving systems Supportive, entrepreneurial culture How to Apply Send us your resume and a short message about why you’re interested in this role and how you’ve supported a team or customers in the past.
