Responsibilities: This fully remote position requires you to provide exceptional customer service to our members and customers. The role will consist of communicating with our members to answer their questions and assist with their needs. Our form of communication is primarily email, but occasionally you may need to make a phone call. When communicating with our customers, you must embody strong values and American patriotism. Qualifications: • Type a minimum of 40 wpm • Available 5-30 hours per week • Preferred availability weekdays between 8 AM - 5 PM EST, and some flexible evenings and weekends based on needs • Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate with a politically Conservative client • Personally up-to-date with the Conservative news of the day • Familiarity working with a ticketing system (Zendesk preferred, but will train) • Initial contract may be seasonal but could lead to a longer term position for the right candidate
