Job Description: As the Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at NOVA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the restaurant industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to NOVA's growth by connecting innovative restaurant operation solutions with restaurant chains seeking to enhance their operations and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing: Identify and research enterprise-level restaurant brands, including fast-growing emerging chains and established national or regional groups, to build a high-quality pipeline. Initiate personalized outreach to key decision-makers at large-scale restaurant groups. Understand the operational intricacies of multi-location restaurants and assess how Nova’s solutions can align with their growth, efficiency, and integration goals. Build long-term relationships with high-potential prospects, guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey and maintaining engagement until they are purchase-ready. Collaborate internally with account executives and marketing to co-create messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies tailored to the unique challenges of enterprise clients. Maintain meticulous records of account intelligence, communications, and pipeline status in the CRM to support a strategic and data-driven sales process. Meet or exceed outreach and qualification KPIs with a focus on booking high-value meetings with enterprise stakeholders and passing warm, sales-ready opportunities. Stay on top of trends in restaurant tech, restaurant ecosystem innovations, and competitive dynamics impacting enterprise restaurant operators. What You'll Bring: Proven track record in sales development or business development, preferably within the SaaS or tech space at the enterprise level strongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade senior leaders / stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in leveraging various sales tools and platforms to generate and track leads. Knowledge of or desire to learn the restaurant industry's operational challenges and how technology-solutions can address them. A founder mindset with a self-starter attitude, as well as a passion for achieving and surpassing goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving and collaborative environment focused on autonomy and ownership.
