**Job Description:** We are looking for a Part-Time Hiring Manager to help source, screen, and interview candidates for our local service business. We have two locations. You will be using our indeed account for most of the sourcing. We also sometimes hire out of local facebook groups. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, and an understanding of hiring in the service industry. You must be ok with hours that fluctuate as the business needs. We may need you for 10 hours one month, and 35 the next. It really just depends on the hiring needs of the business and what season we are in.
