Our agency is looking for an experienced analytics professional to join our team and assist with tasks related to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, account audits, and reporting. The workload will vary depending on how many clients we onboard at any given time, with the bulk of the work centered around setting up new accounts or auditing existing ones. You will need to have an established audit process of your own, which includes conducting the audit, providing a detailed summary of findings, and offering an estimate for the time needed to implement fixes for our approval. Your responsibilities will include ongoing maintenance and setup for accounts, as well as creating various types of client-specific reports. Examples of reports may include lead generation, contact form submissions, call clicks from Google Business Profiles and websites, and tracking the page path for these leads to identify which locations or pages are performing best. Experience with e-commerce tracking would be highly beneficial, as we do have clients with e-commerce needs. Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio or integrating data into platforms like Agency Analytics is also highly valued. Familiarity with ClickUp is not required but is strongly preferred, as it is our primary project management tool. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as you will be required to provide clear updates and collaborate effectively with our team via Slack.
