Zapier Expert Needed: Integrate DocuSign eSignature & eNotary with Squarespace Project Overview: College Parents of America (collegeparents.org) is seeking an experienced Zapier developer to implement DocuSign eSignature and eNotary services into our existing Squarespace website. We need to create a seamless workflow that allows our users to complete and sign documents directly through our website. Requirements: - Strong expertise with Zapier integration into Squarespace websites - Experience setting up automated workflows between platforms - Knowledge of DocuSign integration (strongly preferred) - Ability to create user-friendly document submission and signing processes - Testing and troubleshooting capabilities to ensure reliable functionality Deliverables: - Complete integration of DocuSign eSignature and eNotary capabilities into our Squarespace website - Setup of all necessary Zaps to automate workflow between platforms - Testing of the entire process from user submission to completed signatures - Documentation of the implementation for future reference - Brief training session for our team on managing the integration Ideal Candidate: - Has verifiable experience with Zapier-Squarespace integrations - Has previously worked with DocuSign or similar eSignature platforms (preferred) - Can provide examples of similar successful implementations - Is responsive and communicative throughout the project - Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members Please include in your proposal: - Examples of similar Zapier-Squarespace integrations you've completed - Your experience level with DocuSign specifically - Estimated timeline for completion - Any questions you have about our specific requirements We're looking to begin this project immediately and are seeking a professional who can deliver quality results on time.
