We are a Jakarta-based entity seeking a highly experienced Amazon marketplace expert located in the United States to help us facilitate the entry and growth of Indonesian brands on Amazon.com. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Indonesian businesses and the vast US e-commerce market. Project Overview: We are working with a growing number of Indonesian brands with high-quality products looking to establish a successful presence on Amazon USA. We require a consultant with deep knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem to provide strategic guidance and hands-on assistance in various aspects of the selling process. Responsibilities: Provide expert consultation to us and our partner Indonesian brands on all aspects of selling on Amazon.com, including account setup, compliance, listing optimization, inventory management, fulfillment strategies (FBA/FBM), customer service best practices, and advertising. Develop tailored strategies for each brand to effectively penetrate the US market, considering their unique products and target audience. Conduct market research within relevant Amazon categories to identify opportunities for Indonesian products. Advise on US regulatory requirements, labeling standards, and intellectual property considerations relevant to selling on Amazon. Assist in the creation and optimization of high-converting product listings, including keyword research, compelling copywriting, and image/video recommendations. Guide on pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability within the US market. Provide insights into Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and recommend campaign strategies. Offer guidance on managing customer reviews and feedback to build a positive seller reputation. Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, tools, and best practices. Communicate effectively with our team in Indonesia and the partner brands, providing clear and actionable advice. Qualifications: Proven track record of success selling on Amazon.com, with a deep understanding of Seller Central. Significant experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and Amazon SEO. Strong knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform and campaign management. Familiarity with US e-commerce regulations and Amazon's compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively. Experience working with international clients or an understanding of cross-cultural communication is a plus. Familiarity with tools and software relevant to Amazon sellers (e.g., keyword research tools, listing optimization software).
