We are looking for a skilled Process Mapping Specialist to work closely with our internal team and document key business processes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that involves interviewing team members, understanding how our workflows function, and translating that into clear, visual process maps (e.g., swimlanes, flowcharts, etc.). About Us: We are a fast-growing, service-based company working with clients across multiple industries. As we scale, we need clearly defined processes that can be easily followed, optimized, and delegated. What You’ll Do: - Sit in on virtual meetings with our team to understand how specific workflows operate - Interview key staff members to gather details on step-by-step procedures - Create process documentation including: - Swimlane diagrams, Flowcharts - Process narratives (as needed) - Organize and deliver polished documentation in tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or similar - Recommend structure and format for documentation to ensure clarity and scalability Ideal Candidate: - Strong experience in process documentation and workflow mapping - Familiarity with BPMN, swimlane charts, and cross-functional flowcharts - Excellent communication skills – able to lead interviews and extract process details from non-technical staff - Able to work independently and manage multiple process mapping projects in parallel - Experience with Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or equivalent tools - (Bonus) Experience working with professional services firms or finance/accounting workflows To Apply please share: - A brief summary of your experience with process mapping - Examples of swimlane diagrams or process documentation you've created (if possible)
