We're looking for an experienced, senior-level fractional HR professional to support our growing team. This role will function as our outsourced Director of HR, helping ensure we’re set up for long-term success as we scale. Key responsibilities include: - Staying current with HR regulations and compliance - Structuring and managing employee benefits - Designing and implementing compensation plans - Developing and rolling out performance review systems - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes - Candidate evaluations - Providing general HR guidance and process improvements as we grow We’re a small but expanding company with a need for someone who can both advise strategically and execute tactically. This is a long-term, part-time role with flexible hours. Ideal candidate: You’ve led HR in a small or mid-sized company, understand the full employee lifecycle, and enjoy building systems that scale. You’re proactive, thoughtful, and can work independently.
