We’re growing quickly and looking for a powerhouse Executive Assistant to help keep our managing attorney focused, efficient, and always ten steps ahead. About You: You’re organized like a spreadsheet and think three steps ahead. You don’t need your hand held. You see problems and fix them. You know how to manage chaos, hold others accountable, and can keep things running when the boss is in court—or on a coaching call. If people say you have “main character energy,” but you’re also a behind-the-scenes boss, we need to talk. Responsibilities: -- Attorney & Executive Support -- Manage the Managing Attorney’s calendar—schedule calls, hearings, deadlines, and personal appointments -- Triage emails and calls; draft responses or flag for attention -- Keep all high-priority projects moving with daily updates and follow-up -- Team & Office Coordination -- Act as a liaison between the attorney and staff—follow up on assigned tasks, ensure completion -- Monitor workflows and deadlines across the firm -- Maintain SOPs, firm checklists, and internal procedures Business Operations: -- Assist with social media scheduling, marketing coordination, or coaching program logistics -- Onboard new contractors or staff with checklists and training materials Client Relations: -- Light client communication—checking in on missing forms or following up on appointments -- Ensure key client touchpoints happen consistently and professionally Qualifications: -- Experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or legal admin (law firm experience a plus but not required) -- Mastery of Google Workspace, CRMs, calendaring tools, and task management platforms. -- Insane attention to detail -- Strong written and verbal communication skills -- Comfortable enforcing deadlines and following up (even when others drop the ball) You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: -- Like systems, structure, and fixing things that are broken -- Can manage people and priorities without being micromanaged -- Want a role that mixes legal, business, and creative work -- Can confidently say, “Don’t worry—I’ve already handled it” Salary: depending on experience, with growth opportunities To Apply: Send a resume and tell us why this role is made for you—and don’t be generic.
