We’re looking for a detail-oriented, project-based freelancer to lead a full rework and ongoing update of the Help Center for our software platform. This is a long-term project ideal for someone skilled in documentation organization, internal coordination, and content workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the restructure and continuous update of our Help Center - Track article progress and maintain an organized knowledge base architecture - Collaborate with internal team members to identify, update, or create relevant content - Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with our platform updates - Use AI tools to assist in generating or refining help articles - Maintain project timelines and transparency on progress Requirements: - U.S.-based and available during typical business hours - Experience managing help centers, knowledge bases, or support documentation - Strong organizational and project management skills - Proven ability to maintain clear, consistent documentation - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or AI tools - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration - Willingness to meet virtually for regular project check-ins Preferred Experience: - Comfort using project management tools such as Basecamp - Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma - Experience coordinating documentation projects across software teams - Use of AI or language tools to assist with content creation This is a long-term project with potential for ongoing engagement.
