Urgent Project Manager – Remote Construction, Solar, Generator, Security (Start Immediately)

We are hiring 2 remote Project Managers to immediately support a fast-moving residential and infrastructure development project on Paradise Island, Bahamas. This role starts TOMORROW by 11am EST — applicants who are available and responsive will be prioritized. ABOUT THE PROJECT: Our estate is undergoing major infrastructure upgrades that include: - Backup power system (60 kW generator, solar, battery storage) - Shutter installation (hurricane prep) - Security system planning - Landscaping and irrigation - Misc. design tasks (sourcing designers, fixtures, materials) We already have one Project Manager leading the generator/solar track — you’ll support other critical scopes, depending on your background. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Research and source vendors (materials, installers, systems) - Track tasks and follow up on all open items daily - Coordinate communication with the CEO and Chief of Staff - Create simple reports to summarize status and next steps - Be proactive and available during working hours (EST) - Organize quotes, proposals, and delivery timelines OPTIONAL: If qualified and interested, may travel to Bahamas (expenses paid) REQUIREMENTS: - Proven construction, residential PM, or infrastructure PM experience - Excellent written and spoken English - Organized, fast, and confident - Can work independently and present solutions, not problems NICE TO HAVE: - Background in solar/generators, security systems, or landscaping - Familiarity with working on remote island or off-grid projects - Willingness to travel (passport required) 20–40 hours/week over the next 4–8 weeks Temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate TO APPLY: Send: 1.
